Driver’s Licences can be suspended for various driving offences, including:

RESTRICTED (WORK) LICENCES

APPEAL AGAINST SUSPENSION
If your licence is to be suspended due to accumulation of points (on a “good behaviour” licence) or exceeding the speed limit by more than 40 kms/hr, you may appeal against the suspension in certain circumstances.

APPEAL AGAINST ABSOLUTE DISQUALIFICATION
