Our conveyancing sections at the Wynnum and Cleveland offices of our firm provide a comprehensive service to all conveyancing clients. Our solicitors are able to advise on contracts and draft special conditions which may be required in a particular contract. It is best for a client to contact a solicitor before signing the Contract of Sale especially if there are some terms which the client is unsure of, since it may be too late to negotiate a change to those terms if the client has already signed the Contract of Sale before it is sighted by the solicitor.

During the course of a conveyancing matter involving the buying or selling of houses, units or land, problems may arise as a result of a building inspection or extensions may need to be negotiated in relation to finance and our experienced staff will promptly attend to such matters so that progress towards settlement may be as smooth as possible.

In all conveyancing matters various searches need to be carried out to ensure every aspect is thoroughly checked. Loan and mortgage documents need to be explained so that clients are fully aware of the commitments they are entering into. If contractual issues occur in the lead up time to settlement of the transaction then no doubt it is comforting to a client to know that our firm has the expertise to properly advise how such issues should be dealt with so that the client is able to give instructions to our firm on that basis.
